Shrimad Rajchandra College of Physiotherapy, Surat was established in 2013 as a constituent college delivering education in the field of physiotherapy. The institute is located in Tarsadi, Surat district, Gujarat, and provides specialised programmes in Physiotherapy at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The faculty strength is 21, and the learning environment is specifically oriented to meet the growing needs of aspiring physiotherapists. This institute offers 5 courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, having some specializations in Sports Sciences, Musculoskeletal Science, Cardiopulmonary Sciences, and Neurological Sciences. 

The institution has several facilities to improve the learning experiences of the students. A well-ventilated library with over 1,441 books and subscribing to 10 international journals yearly provides ample facilities for research and study to the students. Classrooms on the campus are spacious, air-conditioned, and well-furnished with ultra-modern facilities such as an audio system and overhead projectors to provide comfortable and congenial learning environments. This college has well-maintained and supplied laboratories and a computer laboratory with Internet access to help the students in getting updates about the latest development in physiotherapy. It also looks after the all-round development of the students, with separate hostels for boys and girls, a gymnasium, and sports field for various outdoor games like cricket, football, basketball, etc.

Shrimad Rajchandra College of Physiotherapy has a total of 5 courses, all full-time. One is at the undergraduate level (BPT - Bachelor of Physiotherapy) and four at the postgraduate degree level (MPT - Master of Physiotherapy) in Sports Sciences, Musculoskeletal Science, Cardiopulmonary Sciences, and Neurological Sciences. The intake capacity is mainly defined in the college for most of its postgraduate programmes: 6 seats each for MPT in Sports Sciences, Musculoskeletal Science, and Cardiopulmonary Sciences, and 3 seats for MPT in Neurological Sciences. 

Admission to the programmes in physiotherapy at Shrimad Rajchandra College of Physiotherapy is based on selecting students who are capable and have a passion for joining the physiotherapy programmes.
