Shyam Baksh Mahavidyalaya, Sultanpur was started in 2007 located at Haliyapur, Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh is an affiliated college. This institution which has been accredited by the National Council for Teacher Education, NCTE offers the students 12 courses spread across six degree programmes. With a total strength of 1442 students, it offers education in arts, sciences commerce and teacher education. 

Shyam Baksh Mahavidyalaya features a variety of amenities intended to improve the quality of students’ learning process.
