Any Graduate (10+2+3) or equivalent from any recognized University with 45% marks in aggregate is eligible. There is no age bar. However, the regulation of the Utkal University of Culture will be followed from time to time. Both Male and Female students are eligible to take admission. However, the University in special circumstances reduces the percentage of marks to 40%.
