After the completion of course, one has to do 1 year internship, which is divided into two parts. 6 months at the college hospital and 6 months at any other recognized hospital. Thus, after the course and internship one can choose various other options which are available to him or her.
Hi
As you haven't mentioned your state in question but I can see from your profile that you belong to Maharashtra
Considering the rise in cutoff every year, with 392 there is less possibility for you to get government medical college in state counseling.

No , I am afraid you won't be able to do as to take admission in BAMS even in a private college then also the bare minimum is to clear the NEET cutoff which would be around 133-150, so I'm afraid to inform that you will fail to qualify NEET .
What I suggest is that you either take a drop or shift to another stream or course
If you are planning a drop then do check out this link
