Considering the rise in cutoff every year, with 392 there is less possibility for you to get government medical college in state counseling.

No , I am afraid you won't be able to do as to take admission in BAMS even in a private college then also the bare minimum is to clear the NEET cutoff which would be around 133-150, so I'm afraid to inform that you will fail to qualify NEET .
What I suggest is that you either take a drop or shift to another stream or course
