Yes there are entrance exams for B pharmacy

Common  state exams like
NMIMS NPAT
RUHS PHARMACY
CG PPHT
MET PHARMACY
UKSEE PHARMACY
OJEE PHARMACY
KCET ( karnataka)
AP EAMCET (andhra pradesh)
TS EAMCET
MHT CET

And again when it comes to entrance exams for diploma courses
State exams like
CET
AP POLYCET
DCET ( Diploma common entrance test conducted by karnataka)

Yes you can do it. But you can't pursue two different programmes at a same time. As per UGC guidelines you can do 2 different courses from 2 different Universities and 2 different study modes like one regular and one distance. So if you want both degree at a time you can choose one as a regular degree and another one for distance degree.

B.Pharma is a four years long undergraduate programme. The basic eligibility criteria is to pass 12th from a recognized University with Science stream. The admission  is based on entrance examination conducted by respective ededucational institutions.The fee structure varies for different institutions. The approximate fee structure is four to five lakhs INR.

Different colleges have different fee structure for B. Pharma course. You need to mention the name of the College to get the details accurately. The fees on an average ranges from INR 40,000K to INR one lakh per annum depending on different factors. But, it may also be more in some Colleges. This is only the average data I am providing you.
