Sree Rathna College of Physiotherapy was established in Hyderabad of Telangana state for imparting physiotherapy education only. This is a co-educational college established in the year 2002, and it has been training physical therapists for over two decades. The college is located in Saraswati Colony, Uppal and it offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in physiotherapy. Degree Wise Admission Process

BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy): This is a four-year full-time undergraduate program that serves as the basic entry into the physiotherapy profession. Admissions to BPT would be based on the candidate's performance in 10(+2) examinations, preferably in science. Total fee for the BPT course is Rs. 132,750.

MPT (Master of Physiotherapy): Sree Rathna College of Physiotherapy offers the following three specialized two-year MPT branches:

  1. MPT Orthopaedics: The program trains in the advanced physiotherapy management of musculoskeletal conditions. 
  2. MPT Neurology: This area immerses the student in physiotherapy interventions for disorders of the nervous system.
  3. MPT Cardiopulmonary: This particular course focuses on physiotherapy for cardiac and respiratory conditions.

The admissions for MPT courses usually require candidates to have completed the BPT program. Selection may be based on academic performance during the BPT program together with the results of the entrance test and interview. The total fee for each MPT course is Rs. 171,000.
