Sree Rathna College of Physiotherapy offers the following three specialised two-year MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) branches:

• MPT Orthopaedics programme trains in the advanced physiotherapy management of musculoskeletal conditions. 
• MPT Neurology immerses the student in physiotherapy interventions for disorders of the nervous system.
• MPT Cardiopulmonary course focuses on physiotherapy for cardiac and respiratory conditions.
