Sri Indu Institute of Pharmacy, or SIIP, located in Ibrahimpatnam, Telangana, was founded in 2004. This co-educational institute, whose 1-acre land has three major buildings known as Men's Hostel, Women's Hostel, and Prayer Hall, is an affiliated college recognised by the PCI and accredited by the NAAC. There are 8 pharmacy courses comprising 3 degrees in total, with a total enrolment capacity of 615 students. The institute has 52 dedicated professionals at its faculty, and the strength of students is considerably less, which ensures a healthy student-teacher ratio.

Sri Indu Institute of Pharmacy has a well-equipped library with modern facilities and more than 36,000 books and 200 national and international journals for academic usage. SIIP houses some of the most cutting-edge pharmacy courses, such as B. Pharma, M. Pharma with versatility in specialities, and  Pharm. D. & Pharm. D. Postbaccalaureate. B.Pharma is a prestigious programme of the institute, and the council has sanctioned to admit 100 students. The M.Pharma programmes are Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacy Practice, and Pharmaceutical Management and Drug Regulatory Affairs. The speciality programmes provided here target different facets of pharmacy and create potential jobs in the profession for students who join the course.

By merit system, the admission process at SIIP has a standardised admission policy with clearly cut procedures. For B.Pharma, the candidates must have to pass the TS EAMCET Engineering, Agricultural, and Medical common entrance test. Candidates who aspire to get into M.Pharma need to secure a rank in either TS PGECET conducted by Telangana State for admission into part-time/lateral entry in JNTUH for M.E/M.Tech/M.Pharmacy/M.Arch/M.Plan or GPAT conducted by All India Council for Technical Education for admission to Master of Pharmacy programmes. For postgraduate admission, the institute considers GPAT scores for admission as a measure in admitting competent students.
