Sri Sai Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital was established in 2002. The associated college is sprawling on an expansive 10-acre campus. The Sri Sai Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital has an enrolment of 425 students with a balanced ratio of students to 58 faculty members. The college is affiliated with Dr BR Ambedkar University (DBRAU), Agra. 

The Sri Sai Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital campus possesses amenities to enhance student learning skills and well-being. Sri Sai Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital has eight courses, which are the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Rachana Sharir, MD Agad Tantra and V Ayurved, MD Ras Shastra and B.Kalpana, and MD Maulik Siddhant and Master of Surgery (MS) in Prasuti Evam Stri Rog, Shalaya Tantra, and Shalakya Tantra. The college conducts a BAMS for 5 years and six months, a full-time programme, concentrating on in-depth study of all Ayurvedic principles and practices. 

The BAMS course by Sri Sai Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital admits candidates based on the selection process of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET-UG. Eligible applicants must have secured a valid All India Rank with a percentile in the NEET exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). And for MD and MS programmes AIAPGET entrance exam is compulsory.
