B.Optom at Sri Sankaradeva Nethralaya, Guwahati Offline Course

i) Any candidate passing the Higher Secondary (10+2) with excellent performance in Physics, Chemistry, Math's/Biology/Computer Science/English from a UGC recognized university or council are eligible to enter the Bachelor of Optometry (B. Optom) post interview. Candidates having minimum aggregate of 45% and above in 10+2 Board exam are eligible only.

ii) Candidate should clear all the subject in one attempt without grace or following several attempts.

iii) International Candidates will be guided by Govt. of India rules

iv) Candidate should be a citizen of India .

v) Candidate should be a permanent resident of State and must furnish a certificate to this effective) Candidate should be of 17 years and above

vii) Eligibility marks will be relaxed by 5 % to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/TGL category.
