    Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Tumkur University, Tumkur.


    Eligibility Criteria

    The Candidate must be a citizen of India who has passed B.A./B.Sc/ B.Com Degree examination of Tumkur University (OR), Any other University in India (OR) Recognized as equivalent to 10+2+3 pattern education, obtaining 50% of aggregate marks in all the subjects, including languages, of 3 years Degree for General merit students. (45% in case of SC/ST/Cat-1 & Physically Handicapped) is eligible for admission to B. Ed course

    Admission Details

    Admission shall be made on merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/U.T. Administration and the university.
