Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants seeking admission must have passed the 10+2 Examination from the J&K Board of School Education or any other recognized Board whose Examinations are Equivalent to the corresponding Examination.
- An applicant having passed the 12th class examination with Science /Home Science/Commerce subject may be allowed to opt for arts Subjects.
- 4. An applicant with a non-Commerce background seeking admission in the commerce stream should have passed the qualifying Examination with at least 45% Marks in the case of Open/General Category and 40% Marks in the case of reserved categories.

Admission to degree courses at the UG level in Arts / Science and Commerce streams is made strictly by the rules and regulations laid down by the University of Kashmir/Higher Education Department.
