St Wilfred's College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Mumbai is an affiliated college established in 2012 near Shedung Toll Plaza, Old Mumbai-Pune Highway, Panvel, Navi Mumbai. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses which differ according to various streams such as Arts, Commerce, and Science. It has a 25-acre campus with a total enrolment of 469 students and a faculty strength of 23. 

St. Wilfred's College of Arts, Commerce and Science is totally committed to the cause of providing quality education in a very congenial learning environment. The college provides the following courses under graduation categories: BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Com, B.Com. in Banking and Insurance, B.Com. in Accounts and Finance, BMS, and BA. Besides these, the college also runs post-graduate level courses as MSc Physics, MSc Chemistry, and MA in English. All of these courses are full-time.
