About Suddhananda Engineering and Research Centre, Bhubaneswar
Suddhananda Engineering and Research Centre, Bhubaneswar was established in the year 2009 by SGI Group. SERC Bhubaneswar is affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. Moreover, for BTech and MTech courses, the institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi. However, for Diploma courses, SERC Bhubaneswar is affiliated to SCTE & VT, Odisha. SERC Bhubaneswar admissions are conducted for BTech, MTech and diploma courses. Students willing to get admission to BTech are required to have a valid score in JEE Main or OJEE.
The institute has an anti-women harassment cell that is handled by a senior professor as chairperson and other senior faculty members. SERC Bhubaneswar anti-women harassment cell is empowered to look after all forms of harassment against women. Further, the institute also has an anti-ragging cell that ensures a ragging free environment both inside academic premises and hostels. Apart from harassment and ragging cells, the institute also provides students with other facilities such as transportation, food court, multi-gym and more.
