SVS Medical College, Mahboobnagar, was established in 1999 and is one of the prominent medical college in the Yenugonda, Mahbubnagar district of Telangana. This affiliated college approve by NMC offering various medical courses at UG and PG levels. Located on a massive area of fifty-five point five acres, this college has an overall student enrolment capacity of seven hundred and forty-eight and a faculty of two hundred and six. SVS Medical College is recognised for its overall medical education course structures and it has 17 courses offered in three programmes, the MBBS, MD and MS.
SVS Medical College possesses all the necessary equipment to meet the standards of academic and research activities. It is, therefore, equipped with modem and well equipped laboratory, modem library as well as modem information and technology. Under the accommodation facilities, the campus has boys’ hostel as well as the girls’ hostel andaccommodates both undergraduate and post graduate students.
For getting the all around development of the student, the college has sports facility of volleyball, cricket, football, badminton, basketball and kabaddi courts. A fitness centre is also provided as a means to exercise and body build. A college also owned an auditorium for occasions and seminar and cafeteria for the students and staffs. These facilities in aggregate formulate an environment that fosters learning and self development.
In total, 17 courses are offered at SVS Medical College and all of them are full-time. The MBBS programme is a foundation of the undergraduate medical course being offered at the institute having a sanctioned admission capacity of 150 students. Biomedical courses available at the postgraduate level in the college include a number of MD and MS courses in General Medicine, General Surgery, Anaesthesiology, Pathology, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Orthopaedics and others. A total intake approved for all the courses amounts to 748 affiliated to the institutes’ vast contribution to the production of medical professionals in the region.

Admissions at SVS Medical College, the procedure in relation to which the candidates are admitted within this medical college; admissions at SVS Medical College are merit based. For entry into MBBS, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) is still used as the entrance exams. These candidates must have passed the NEET examination and engage in the next counseling session. For postgraduate programs (MD/MS), admission is through marks obtained in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduates (NEET-PG). We had well set up classrooms and galleries. The dissection hall was excellent and the campus was WiFi enabled. The place was not very well maintained. Food provided was decent in taste and quite hygienic.
Yes my college has very good facilities,such as good equipment as well as nice infrastructure..yes we have good classrooms with all the facilities Nd we have all the opurtunities for the good studies.we have clean places.
Our college infrastructure is quite impressive and attracts the students with its greenery. Facilities for practicals and all are also good enough and the play grounds are refreshing ..hostel is also good
