Swami Satyanand Colleges of Management and Technology, Amritsar (SSCMT) is an educational institution, which operates since 2006. The college is situated at Amritsar in Punjab and occupies a total of 8 acres of land. SSCMT is an affiliated college that is approved by AICTE and in total, it offers 14 courses spread over 11 degrees. SSCMT provides major in management, biotechnology, computer application, hospitality, and commerce for the students according to their academic field and goals.

The academic amenities include; library facilities with over twelve thousand books, e- library facilities, and subscription to national and international magazines and journals. SSCMT also has well equipped laboratory, canteen facility, and sports: indoor & outdoor facilities. Most of the colleges have devised themselves to put student welfare first with services like a health center, guest rooms and transport for distant students in their compound.

As a full member of the University of Sunderland, SSCMT has all the academic programmes that encompass complete full time undergraduate and post graduate courses. They founded the institute which offers 14 courses with both conventional academic curriculum and vocational training. The MBA program, the M.Sc. Biotechnology, the BBA, the B.Com (Hons), the BCA, BHMCT and the B.Voc courses in Hospitality and Catering Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management Web Technology and Multimedia and Beauty Therapy and Aesthetics. Acceptance of the total intake for all courses is 353 students to allow every student to benefit from personal tutorial and learning attention.

Admission in SSCMT is somewhat flexible as it depends on the course of study. Students are admitted through MET which is conducted by the Punjab Government for the MBA program.
