24 MonthsMaster of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) in Pharmacognosy is a two-year full-time program that is a postgraduate level in pharmacy education course offered by Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai, and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
Eligibility Criteria
- The Candidate passed the B. Pharm degree examination of an Indian University established by law in India from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and has scored not less than 55% of the maximum marks (aggregate of four years of B. Pharm). Provided that – a)there shall be reservation of seats for the students belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes by the instructions issued by the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration, as the case may be, from time to time.
- For SC/ST candidates, the prescribed percentage of marks will be 50% of the maximum marks (aggregate of our years of B. Pharm).
- Every student selected for admission to a postgraduate pharmacy course in any of the pharmacy institutions in the country should have obtained Registration with the State Pharmacy Council or should obtain the same within one month from the date of their admission, failing which the admission of the candidate shall be canceled.
