Every year, Symbiosis International University conducts the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) for all the MBA courses offered by different institutes of SIU. For SSMC Bangalore, SNAP test will be conducted for the MBA Communication Management course. The SNAP cut off will be released after the declaration of the SNAP result for the following year. The SNAP cut off is the minimum marks required by the student for admission. The shortlisted students will be eligible for further SSMC Bangalore admission process.
There are many factors upon which SNAP cut off is determined.
The students belonging from the reserved category will have a lower SNAP cut off. Reserved category students will be given relaxation in the SNAP cutoffs.
If the number of students appearing in the SNAP test is more, the SNAP cut off will be high. It all depends on how many students are appearing in the SNAP test for the following year.
Seats Availability
SNAP cut off will be high if the number of seats is less compared to the number of students appearing in the SNAP test. If the number of students giving SNAP tests is less than the number of seats available, then the SNAP cut off will be on the lower side.
Difficulty Level of SNAP Test
SNAP Cut off is also based on the difficulty level of the SNAP test for the following year. If the difficulty level of the SNAP test is higher, then the cut off will be low and vice-versa.
