Set up in 2006, campus of the college is at Meerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, and recognises as Affiliated college. The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) accredits this co-educational institution which provides various pharmacist training and education. The college occupies an area of 21030,547 square feet with an enrolment of total number of students of 363 and total number of faculty members of 44. TRRCP hosts 83 academics who teach five courses in two degree programmes in a range of pharmaceutical disciplines. This B.Pharma programme is a full term four years programme with an approved intake capacity of one hundred students. At the postgraduate level, the college offers four M.Pharma specialisations: Pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, and pharmaceutics. These are two-year full time programmes. The overall approved capacity for all courses is 139, and there is specific information regarding some of the concentrations.

Teegala Ram Reddy College of Pharmacy offers changes in admission process in under graduate and post graduate programmes. For B.Pharma, the admission is based on TS EAMCET for first year or ECET for second year direct admissions respectively. The college implements counselling process on the basis of Rank in TS EAMCET where 70% intakes are offered and balance 30% are offered by Management based on the merit of Intermediate examination.
