The College is capable of having high-level First Aids Facilities with the establishment of Amrit Dental Charity Hospital on the campus of the College. The hospital on the college campus is purely for a charity of rural people.

The College has a well-established library that caters to the needs of the students, research scholars, and faculty. The library functions on an open-access system for faculty members and research scholars. It has a collection of resource material in the form of CDs, audio-visual aids, training movies, e-books, etc. This collection is expanded and updated each year. A combination of online and offline information resources is offered and designed to provide a holistic and comprehensive service. The library offers photocopying facilities too. There is a computer-based catalog system that provides information on the availability of books, journals, and other materials. The library aims to stock all the books and periodicals which the students are required to read while studying at the college.

The College Computer lab contains an Overhead Projector, Slide Projector (Manual and automatic) Epidiascope, DVD Player, TV & PA System. Computers are integrated into the system. Hence The Aaryan College of Education has created the most efficient computer center. All the computers are connected via a Local Area Network. The hardware configuration of the computer center is Pentium IV processors equipped with the latest version of the software and provides internet connectivity round the clock to students on a cost-free basis.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The College has a multi-purpose hall with an area of more than 2000 Sqft. with a seating capacity of more than 300 students. The multi-purpose hall has well well-equipped and furnished stage with colorful LED lights and a digital sound system. The hall has four entry points. The hall plays a vital role in college co-curricular activities.

The College Lab is equipped with various models of different types of apparatus testing materials. physical chemistry Biotechnology Laboratories have all the equipment in sufficient quantity so that each pupil teacher can perform his practicals individually. Psychology Cum Science Lab: The Psychology Laboratory is provided with apparatus for simple experiments related to educational psychology, personality skills, aptitude tests, interest inventories, etc. Fine Arts Lab: With all the working infrastructure for:-(a) Clay modeling (b) Drawing and pointing (c) Teaching of Arts(d) Preparing the 3-D Model for teaching purposes.
