The New Progressive College of Teachers Education, Mehsana, Gujarat, was established with a goal to grow as a prime educational institution in the year 2009. Being an affiliated college and with NCTE granted recognition, it aims at building a bright future in education. This co-educational institution offers a compact campus of 2.087 acres along with a quality learning environment for future teachers. It houses a qualified faculty, where individual attention is catered for due to a total enrolment of only 100 students and a faculty strength of 24, aiming at an all-rounded educational experience through the New Progressive College of Teacher Education.

Admission to The New Progressive College of Teachers Education is purely based upon merit and is a witness of high standard maintained in academic by this institution. The admissions to the B.Ed course shall be made on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The selection for the course shall be undertaken strictly as decided by the policy of the state government, UT administration, or the affiliating university. Admission to the course of M.Ed. shall also be made strictly on the basis of merit obtained at the qualifying examination, entrance test, or as prescribed by the competent authority from time to time.
