University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak also known as UIET MDU Rohtak was established in the year 2005. UIET MDU Rohtak is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with grade A. University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is really very good but the quality of mess food need to be improved. Hostel are spacious. Academic buildings are excellent with well equipped labs. Each department has its own separate building.

Maharshi Dayanand University has a lush green campus spread in many acres of land. The university majorly occupied the land in Rohtak city. University comes among top universities of Haryana In the case of its infrastructure .

Hello,
Comparing the first year syllabus(common to all branches) of both colleges as first year is often known as general engineering,irrespective of what branch(computer,mechanical,civil or electrical etc) we have choosen we can see that both Mdu rohtak and gju hisar both teach similar subjects like Physics,Chemistry,Mechanics,Basic Electrical engineering,Maths ,workshop/Manufacturing practices,English/communications,Basic/fundamental programming.
So as the syllabus of both universites is mostly the same not only in the first year but throughout the Btech course with difference in just a few topics or chapters here or there both of them will require equal amount of our efforts to clear.

Yes of course It is a good college to pursue your higher studies there. The ranking it got is between 3.9 to 4.Placement is good,Every year top MNCs like coca cola,hero motorcorp,canara bank,nestle etc..visits the campus.And computer science field is a promising field when you are good at latest technologies...
