If only those 35 above students above your rank are looking to seek admission at USLLS. However you will have to consider and take into account the fact that any general student of Delhi may opt for USLLS whose rank is in the range of 1000-2000 also. With

For  Delhi students we can expect JEE Mains rank to be somewhere like

USICT CSE : 30K

USICT IT: 40K

MAIT CSE : 35K

MAIT IT: 45K

BVP CSE : 45K

BVP IT : 65K

These cut offs I have estimated for the first round. The cut offs will decrease

I can provide you the IPU CET 2018 cutoff ranks of USLLS, New Delhi, so you can get a clear idea.

For BA LLB,

Closing Rank- 140 (General Delhi)

Closing Rank- 34 (General Other States)

Closing Rank- 2,687 (SC Delhi)

Closing Rank- 5,052 (ST Delhi)

Closing Rank- 1,922

The cuttoff for admission in any of the NlUs,last year closed at ranks of around 1600. As this is the first time Ipu would accept admission based upon on the clat score, their is no trend to follow for fair estimate. 

But there are around 1900 seats offered

Your CLAT 2019 is decent you might have good chances if getting seat. You can get good college for your rank based on previous years cutoffs. Cutoffs vary from year to year.

Given the high cut offs this year you can expect USLLS  cut off rank to be in the range of 600-800 for BBA LLB however it may be even leser if delhi general candidates with leeser rank than the above mentioned rank opt USSLS over RMLNLU and RGNLU.
