Considering the score you have mentioned in CLAT 2019 and the category status, your rank would range between 2400-3000. The probability of getting admissions in USLLS IP University is 50%. Since there are only 40 seats in B.A LLB (HONS) and 20 seats in BBA LLB(HONS) , Also 85% seats are reserved for domiciles of Delhi . But other colleges of IPU can certainly offer you admissions at this rank. Naming a few below:

• Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies
  
• Ideal Institute of management and technology
  
• Fairfield Institute of Management and technology
  
• Chaner Prabhu Jain college of higher studies.
  
• JIMS Engineering Management Technical campus
  
• Delhi institute of Rural Development.
  

Keep a check on the results for USLLS, there is a good probability of admission but also keep other options into account.

Both the universities you have mentioned are excellent im their own terms. You are fortunate enough to have a chance of making choice.

Of the two options, I would suggest you to go for BA LLB at Jamia Millia Islamia over USLLS IP University. Jamia is a Central University . Its infrastructure, campus, faculty and facilities make it an excellent option for law aspirants.It has more intakes and better placement opportunities.

USLLS is also a good option. It is a constituent college of state university i.e IP University. It has a limited intake of 60-80 candidates. 

It is always logical to go for centrally owned universities than state owned ,as they have a better status among all.

The final decision is yours.

Good to hear from you. As per the previous years' trends in the cut-off, you have scored well marks. You have good chances of getting a seat in good colleges in Delhi. But, if you are not able to do it, you can opt for private colleges as well as you have secured good marks you can get top private colleges. With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 170-900. And definitely you'll get a good college under IPU. You can expect colleges like Amity law school, VIPS, Ideal Institute of Management and Technology and Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology. In fact with your scores you can expect NLUs also

This is the first time that admission in IP University is being done through CLAT instead of their own entrance test which was conducted previously. 

So, it’s difficult for us to predict whether you would be able to get admission with this particular score or not. We could tell the possibilities if the particular rank had been mentioned

The admission in NLUs through CLAT closes around a rank of 1500-1600 for the general category and there are around 2000 seats available through IPU CET for both BA LLB as well as BBA LLB. Also that 85% seats are reserved for Delhi Candidates,and rest 15% are for Outside Delhi region. You can expect the Delhi region cut off to go till 4000 to 5000 rank. This is just a prediction and might subject to changes. Wait for the results to be announced in second week ok June.

According to the rank predictor tool, your rank should be around 2,689-3,389 for the Unreserved category. 

According to the previous years' cutoff list, the maximum cutoff rank for various categories are - 

General - 237

SC Delhi - 2349

ST Delhi - 9106

Differently Abled Delhi - 3883

If you're in the Unreserved Category, then the chances seem pretty slim for you to get into USLLS Delhi. I suggest looking for other colleges just to widen your choices.
