Vaish Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (VIPER) is a premier institution for pharmaceutical education that was established in the year 2008 at Rohtak in Haryana. This co-educational institute, with an area of 2.23 acres, is an affiliated college approved by the PCI. VIPER runs three special courses in the field of pharmacy, with a total student enrolment of 466. The faculty consists of 25 dedicated professionals, ensuring a good student-to-teacher ratio and thereby a very conducive atmosphere for learning. 

Vaish Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research has a number of facilities that are oriented and aimed at making the learning process of students more productive. Its library is well-stocked with a large collection of about 5,000 books in various streams of pharmaceutical sciences. Other than this, VIPER subscribed to a number of national and international journals and periodicals in the area of pharmaceutical sciences.
