The library remains open on all working days but during office hours only. The Library guidelines are as follows: I. A Library card is issued against the security deposit of Rs. 500/- to the Library counter, which is refundable at the end of each academic year on the clearance of dues, damage charges, and returns to borrowed books. 2. The College follows a closed system for the library. Therefore no one is allowed 1o enter the Library but students with Library cards. 3. Books shall be issued after presenting the Library identity card. 4. Books taken from the Library should be returned within 7 days, failure to return would incur a fine of Rs. 10/- per day. 5. In case of loss or damage to the book double the price of the book with an additional amount of Rs. 50/- shall be realized from the person condemned. 6. Unauthorized lifting of books from the Library is a serious offense and stringent action will be taken against such persons. 7. Reading materials (magazines, newspapers, periodicals) from the Library should not be taken out of the reading room. 8. Silence should be maintained in the Library.
