1. Higher Secondary School (HSC) Certificate (10+2) or its equivalent Examination with English and three science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Geography, Geology, etc.

2. Three-Year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm.) Course of the Board of Technical Education conducted by the Government of Maharashtra or its equivalent.

3. Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2) Examination with English and vocational subject of + 2 level (MCVC) / Medical Laboratory Technician (Subject Code P1 / P2 / P3).
