The college has Separate well-established any fully furnished hostel facilities are available for girls. Application for accommodation in the hostels should be made in the prescribed form along with the assurance by the parent or guardian for good conduct and behavior of the students during her stay in the hostel. Well-established guest rooms are available for comfort visitors.

The Library of Vidyabharti Trust College of BBA & BCA was established in the year 2009. Since then the library has made consistent progress in terms of the collection of books, periodicals, CDs, E-resources & services. With 8548 books, 22 national and 9 international journals/magazines as well as facilitates with all major newspapers and novels, the library services are available for 7 hours (9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) with the purpose of freely disseminating knowledge. Our library is therefore operated on a need-based approach rather than the usual rules-based treatment given to students everywhere. We allow open access to the collection, conduct book review guild, exhibitions, and through information literacy, we encourage students to read books and access E-resources.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

Institute's Cafeteria is located on a spacious and airy campus. A variety of food and snack items are provided to the students and staff of the Institute at highly subsidized rates. It serves delicious and hygienic food. It is open for everyone who comes to visit campus and is operational during college working hours. Adequate seating facilities are provided to accommodate students and staff even during peak time.
