The vidyavardhaka college nearly don't have any scholarship facilities, it's annual fees structure is around 20, 000 PA plus they take examination fees Rs. 700.

it is hard to say as there are 8800+ Bcom college are there. Admission process has started through online from this month. As of now, process is still going one in most of the BCom college campus. Colleges will try to fill their seats as majority of campus gives
