Vijay Memorial College of Education, Mandi was set up in the year 2006 recognised aided college situated at Mandi Himachal Pradesh. This co-educational institute is an affiliated college under the act of National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Currently, the college is spread across a 2.08 acre of land, and offers two teacher education programmes with a total enrolment capacity of 266. B.Ed programme has an approved intake capacity of 200 seats and D.Ed programme has an approved intake capacity of 50 seats. Both programmes are post secondary professional programmes that focus on education and lasts for two years each. Through training teachers, the college plays a great role in ensuring that quality human resource is produced in that region. The requirements for admission in Vijay Memorial College of Education differ according to the programme of the student.
