Academics
I’m a of BA final yr from Political science hons. The quality of teaching is good. And yes the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the fields. The teacher of our hons are good but the other department’s faculties are so poor in teaching.
College Infra
The infrastructure is good but the the facilities and equipment’s are not that must satisfied me. But the living spaces are clean and also the food is hygienic. And there is no Wi-Fi or smart board for anything.
Campus Life
College campus environment is good. There is always some events, functions, sports, essays quiz competitions happens for the development of students. It’s safe and it’s situated at Bargarh district.
Placements
The quality of placements at our clg is below average. I don’t have any information about the percentage of students are placed. I don’t know about the highest salary package offered and which course did it go to ?
Value For Money

I'm doing Bachelor's degree in zoology honours. The quality of teaching is really good . Teachers are good at what the doing. just that there is a shortage of teaching faculty . One of the standout aspects of this University is its exceptional faculty. Professors at this institution are not only accomplished experts in their fields but also deeply passionate about teaching and mentorship. Their dedication to imparting knowledge, fostering critical thinking, and encouraging intellectual curiosity
College Infra
Yes vikash degree college have all the necessary infrastructure. Good class room , decent libraries and the best infrastructure for sports. Anyone wants to built a career in sports this college is a great option. Hostels are well spaced and hygienic. WiFi is available but it does not well maintained. For food and meals ... There is hostel canteen and a regular canteen . Veriety of food options available there . Really healthy and clean . In overall it is good . But It can improve in some section
Campus Life
There are annual fests called Electra that are celebrated for 2 days in winter. Events are celebrated like independence day, women's day, republic day, Diwali, Rathyatra, and many more. Dj nights were organised. Fest is organised by the respective departments. Rather than that really good sports events were held in college stadium. It includes inter- college sports event . sports like Basketball, volleyball, cricket, football , athletics,batminton, swimming and more facilities provided.
Placements
Many placement opportunities were provided in our college. The recruiting companies were Tata, Bajaj, etc. Our college provided 3 months of internship opportunities with stipends. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA and the lowest salary package was 2 LPA. Our college has lots of placement offers. Normally 60 to 70% gets placed. Many horticulture companies such as wildlife biologists and associates biologist visit for placements. Normally 70 % of the students get the chance to internshi
