Counselling for VIT Vellore is expected to begin from the third week of May. If you clear VITEEE, you will have to go for counselling.
Counselling is basically the allocation of seats, courses on the basis of preferences and marks scored in VITEEE.

Sit i got 1612 rank in APPGECET .i belong to ECE .I am belong to oc category.can i got seat in pbr vits kavali
I think at this rank in APPGECET which you may consider nice you may have some chances to get this institute but that chances are low and it depends on institute standard this year. If they take a student at this rank then it may happen you may get this institute but my suggestion is you may give a try but also seek some other institute or college as your backup. and you also mention you are from ECE that may also help you.

Hello Aspirant, The VIT takes the admission on the basis of the entrance exam and this examination is known as Vellore Institute of Technology Entrance Examination and also through management quota. Candidate should have 60℅ marks in 10+2. This is not depend upon the JEE marks.

Hello Supriya Surakka, Institute of technology is a very good college. The entrance exam for this college helds in first week of April. VIT University has around 400 seats in CSE and ECE. Around 350 in Mechanical branch and around 250 for EEE branch.
Does the entrance into vits depends on our intermediate board marks
Yes entrance into VITS depends on intermediate marks .One should get 45% in 12 if he is from general category and 40% if he is from obc/sc/st category.VITS takes admission through JEE Mains score.
