About Vivek College of Law, Bijnor

Established in the year 2004, Vivek College of Law, Bijnor is an affiliated college governed under the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh state, India. As a small campus of 0.5 acres accommodating it, it functions with the approval provided by the Bar Council of India, BCI. Vivek College of Law currently offers two courses on law on a full-time basis, which takes an intake of 646 students and is backed up with 17 faculty members. Simultaneously, it also offers quality legal education to aspiring lawyers and legal professionals through the courses of LLB and BA LLB. 

As of now, Vivek College of Law seems well-equipped and ripe in all facilities that improve the process of learning by the students. The heart of these facilities is a well-stocked library, housing over 10,000 books by Indian and foreign authors and many national and international journals. The library is fully automated and internet connected for easy access to e-journals and other online resources. Mooting or practical training is possible through a moot court hall which avails an opportunity for students to hone their advocacy skills in a simulated courtroom environment. In addition to the courses, the institute offers integration with its IT infrastructure, which is equipped with more than 20 advanced computer systems and a completely Wi-Fi enabled campus to stay updated with the latest digital resources. 

Till date, Vivek College of Law provides two comprehensive courses in law: one is the 3-year LLB programme and the other is a 5-year integrated BA LLB programme. Both are intensive, full-time courses that help the student achieve an intensive background in legal studies. Both courses have approved intakes of 180 seats; therefore, there is a total number of 360 students for the two courses. Both courses are designed to give the students the knowledge and skills required for the legal profession to flourish.
