Vivekananda College of Education, Kathua, was established in 1995 and situated in Lakhanpur, Jammu and Kashmir, which is an affiliated college. The institute has been NAAC-accredited and co-educational in nature since its establishment in 1998. Located on 26.05 acres, the college cradle student capacity is 140 by having a faculty of 14. The institute offers only one degree programme, majoring in teacher education.
