Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law is a one-year full-time postgraduate program in Law offered by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have an LL.B. degree as required by the Bar Council of India for Enrollment as an Advocate or an equivalent Law Degree from a Foreign University, with not less than 55% marks.

Admission Details

All applicants are required to appear in the Common Law Admission Test – Postgraduate (CLAT–PG), which is conducted by the National Law University on a rotational basis. The University shall not conduct its own CET for admissions, but shall utilize the merit prepared on the basis of (CLAT – PG) Merit for its admissions.
