All the pass-out and present students of WangchaRajkumar Government College, Deomali are eligible to be members of the Alumni Association except those convicted by the Courts/Judiciary as bankrupt, unsound-minded, and pending criminal cases. The membership of the Alumni Association will also cease to exist if any member fails to pay his/her annual membership fees and does not take part in Alumni-related activities in the College whenever called upon to do so by the General Body of the Association.
