Regular fitness testing can without bias measure the efficacy of your program and can perhaps save you months or even years of hard work. If progress is not noteworthy, instant changes can be made to your program. The Fitness Center Assistants & P.E. trainer will assist you in deciding the assessments most attuned with your fitness targets and how often you should be testing.
