Based on the previous year cut off in JAC Round 9 counselling you have chances  of getting seat in the following branches in the preferred institutes under OBC-NCL (outside Delhi)

DTU

• Environmental Engineering: 66612
• Bio-Technology: 68786

NSUT

• Manufacturing Processes and Automation Engineering: 64511
• Mechanical Engineering: 64133
• Bio-Technology: 76432

Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get seat in IIIT, Delhi. Also you do not have chances to get seat in core branches in DTU. The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
