Hi! According to the official guidelines of HBTU Kanpur-
1. Admissions will be made on basis of merit of JEE (Main)-2020.
2. Candidates are advised to read these guidelines carefully, check their eligibility and applicable reservation category etc.
3. The University shall conduct its own counselling on the basis of merit of JEE (Mains) 2020 with following academic eligibility: The candidate must have clearly passed (10 + 2) qualifying examination from U.P. Board or its equivalent from any other recognized Board / University with a minimum of five subjects in which Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects from Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science as Technical Vocational subjects. Candidates must obtain at least 60% marks (55% in case of the candidates belonging to SC / ST category) in aggregate in above three subjects. In addition, all other eligibility conditions for appearing in JEE (Mains) Examination shall be applicable to the candidates.

Dear Aspirant ,
For the general students cutoff is really high, you require anything above 200 for a good combination and an Honors of your choice along with the hostel.
Students getting 164 were given a seat back in 2014 but that too after 4th counseling.
In the year 2015 the cut off was 186 for general.
As I am unaware about the level of present question paper I can’t give an accurate prediction but above 195 is better if you wanna be in safe side.
I cant tell you you will get selected or not but fill the counselling form ,
Hope this information helps you ,
THANK YOU
Hi aspirant,
The cutoff marks varies every year it depends upon number of candidates, number of average seats and difficulties of question paper.
According to previous years cutoff. Yo u need to score at least 150 to 200 marks to get admission in BHU if you belong to OBC category. With 110 marks it seems little difficult to get admission in BHU.
Hope this information will help you.
Best of luck.
Dear Aspirant ,
BHU Bsc AG entrance examination is conducted for 300 marks. There are only 100 questions and there is also negative marking in it. BHU bsc Ag has only 123 sets in the main campus and 40 seats are there in Rajiv Gandhi south campus .
There are vewry less seats and high comeptition so ,
To get admission as general category in main campus your rank must be below 100 AIR, for regular seat, and marks about 210+ out of 300.
It will be pretty hard for you to get a seat ,
fill the counselling form and wait for the results ,
Hope this information helps you ,
THANK YOU .

Hello there,
The admissions in the BHU BSc Agriculture is based on the Examination conducted by the BHU for the undergraduate programmes (BHU UET). The cutoff rank of this year has not bees published yet, but for the last year (2019), the cutoff rank for agriculture was 531 and you need to obtain the marks above 180 in the BHU UET.
Still the Cutoff rank and the marks may change according to the Difficulty level, No of candidates appeared, no of passing students, etc.

Dear students!
I hope you are doing well! And dear as we know competition is increasing day by day so that cutoff for the exam will also increasing. So with this Marks getting admission is not possible because your Marks is too low and also you didn't mention your category so it is also difficult for me to tell you exact about your admission and above details are as best of my knowledge. And the cutoff for bhu exam vary between 250 to 180 for general category. I hope answer will clear all your doubts.
Thank you and feel free to ask.
Honestly, I had a good time being a part of this college. Since I used to live in the campus Girls' Hostel, it became even more memorable. Hostel was quite inexpensive and very spacious. Usually, there were a lot of College Festivals that took place in IIT BHU and trust me it was one of the best experiences. Late-night walks, the beautiful environment and the calmness of the campus often felt like heaven. Ghats of Varanasi were cherry on the top.
The college has a very good infrastructure but hostel facilities are not excellent but can be considered fine 1. Classroom facilities are good and improving and digitalised 2. Very good library facilities both in central library and in institute library 3. Wifi is available but issues occur in the wifi 4. Hostel food not so hygienic but comparatively fine
The BHU campus is exquisite, its a mix of tradition and modernity, spreading across 1300 acres. The campus has Sayaji Rao Gaekwad central library, where students can find enormous numberof books and digital resources as it is equipped with cyber section as well. For those interested in sports, it has an indoor gymansium, swimming pool and large playgrounds. It has many seminar halls, auditoriums and a amphitheatre for all sorts of events. It has students health centre and hospitals to help students 24 x 7. there are cafterias and atms for the convenience and the campus also give the wifi facility.
