if we take a look of the previous years cutoffs then you have nearly no chance of getting regular seats however i am not sure about paid saets . it would be better for you to observe the previous yaears cutoff to get a better picture

As you know that getting a seat in bhu for fms is not less then a hustle, people loses their chances even by 1 or 2 marks 

As you said you have scored 80 percentile in cat exam its a good score indeed but this time the cutoff

it would be harder for you to get admissions in bhu bsc maths however i cannot say a direct no. as the last year cutoff  rank for maths was 1319 for reguar seats  but however you can use your category rank.check out the previous year cutoffs also
