Yes, chances are there as last year the cutoff was around 400-340  As your mentioned marks lies in this region and if in any case the cutoff will rise with 15 to marks then also you will be in safe position.

Hey, i would suggest the latter. Because just going for the iit tag name would mean nothing if the course is not relevant enough. Eventualy you will still be an iit graduate but without a job. Take up more relevant stuff from other good colleges. UNLESS you want to do
