You haven't been clear if the rank is your category rank or the overall rank. If the rank is your general rank then you have decent chances of getting a seat of B.Com hons. in the Banaras Hindu University.

BHU UET 2019 cut off mentions the minimum marks which candidates must have obtained in the entrance examination to get admissions into the university. As per last year BHU UET Cut off Regular Seats - B.Com (H)/ B.Com(H) Finance and Market Management seats were alloted upto marks 192

if we take a look of the previous years cutoffs then you have nearly no chance of getting regular seats however i am not sure about paid saets . it would be better for you to observe the previous yaears cutoff to get a better picture
