According to me it is difficult to get you admission in BHU maths group in general category because in 2018 the cutoff list in numbers close upto 170 and in 2018 the clossing rank is 1810, so it is difficult to get admission in general category.

Hi, the results for 2019 aren't out yet, but based on previous year's cut offs, the cutoff rank for general category in mathematics was 1319 and cut off marks were 173 and for physics you must about 200 in order to seek admission.

Banaras Hindu University has a large and beautiful green campus with spacious classrooms, a central library, computer labs.Hostel and medical facilities are available for students, and the campus provides a good academic atmosphere. Some academic buildings could benefit from modernization, but the overall infrastructure is satisfactory and supports student learning well.
