If you belong to SC /ST category then you can easily get a seat in the course but if you're from general or obc then sorry to disappoint you but your marks are low. As according to the previous year cutoffs score required for a general category student is 256

Hi, the results for 2019 aren't out yet. B.A (hons) arts cut off scores and rank in 2018 were:
General category- 1568( cut off rank ) 205( cut off marks )
OBC- 965( cut off rank ) 190( cut off marks )
SC- 623( cut off rank ) 130( cut

Last year BHU had conducted separate exam for BAMS under BHUPAT of 600 Mark's. The cutoff was 450 Mark's for General category, 445 for OBC, 260 for SC ST Candidates. Similarly for Ayurvedic medical college Lucknow also the cut off is expected to be more than 440 around.

Hiii gopal....Conguralation u got v good marks in neet....most of the government college open at 500+....so there are many changes that you can get government college ie bhu ...its almost done ....just sit and relax...hope your future will be bright hope u like the answer keep asking we are always
There is no difference in the curriculum of mbbs in bhu and the rest of the medical colleges.
Only difference is that, bhu is one of the very prominent institution in the country and the graduates from there have an edge.
The faculty of the institution is also very good

Banaras Hindu University has a large and beautiful green campus with spacious classrooms, a central library, computer labs.Hostel and medical facilities are available for students, and the campus provides a good academic atmosphere. Some academic buildings could benefit from modernization, but the overall infrastructure is satisfactory and supports student learning well.

College Infrastructure
Banaras Hindu University has one of the largest residential campuses that combines heritage architecture with the touch of modern academic facilities. The university also have the central library which has a huge collection of books, journals, research materials, e-books, and newspaper which the students can use anytime throughout their period in the university.
