AIIMS has a better faculty, facilities, laboratories and the campus infrastructure. Also the internship and placement are better at AIIMS. You will have more competition here than

You should definitely follow your passion and choose aerospace engineering, IIT Bombay is the best college there can be in India for the above mentioned course.
People generally tend to opt IT subjects because of the payscale which is not a wise decision, you should pursue your field of interest.

hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that NIT trich in cse is better option than IIT BHU . NIT trichy is number one NITS in all nits , their course circuluum ,teaching style ,infrastructure ,coding evironment is also quite
