Dear aspirant
It's hard to guess cut off marks as result and rank card is yet to be declared. It's get change every year depending upon many factors like number of candidates appeared, seats availablity, questions level etc.
Neet2020 cut off for Gen category in BHU, BAMS was 598 marks & AIR 20615. In 2019 it was 563 marks and Air 18957.
So it's cut off this year will be also around 20k and your rank should also be below that so you can have chance.

Hello dear aspirant
Hope you’re doing well
As you said your aggregate percentage of 12th is 95%. Then it wont be difficult for you to get admission in above mentioned universities.
Universities usually deduct 2.5% from total aggregate if a person changes their stream. So let’s say yout percentage will become around 92.5%
with this you can get admission in DU in BA honours philosophy, history, sociology and other subjects under 3-4th cut off.
and same is the case for panjab university and BHU.
so, there’s not much need to worry
Kindly keep checking the cut offs of colleges regularly.
You can use the below attached link to predict your college for DU
Hope this helps
Good luck
Dear aspirant,
If you are looking for government colleges other than the ones you've mentioned, then I suggest that you apply to the government universities in the state you belong to.
If you are not satisfied with this answer and need more help, I request you to further clarify your query.
Hope this helps!
Dear aspirant
It's hard to say now that you will get this college or not. It will depend on the rank at your marks and closing rank of BDS.
As BAMS in BHU or NIA, jaipur are top institute od BAMS which are preferred by students.
Last year cut off for Gen category in BHU, BAMS was 598 marks & AIR 20615. In 2019 it was 563 marks and Air 18957.
This college is preferred in bams over bds also so cut off goes very high.
So if the ranks stay below then 20k at your marks then you will have good chances. Otherwise you will surely get others govt BAMS college.

All the best !!
Honestly, I had a good time being a part of this college. Since I used to live in the campus Girls' Hostel, it became even more memorable. Hostel was quite inexpensive and very spacious. Usually, there were a lot of College Festivals that took place in IIT BHU and trust me it was one of the best experiences. Late-night walks, the beautiful environment and the calmness of the campus often felt like heaven. Ghats of Varanasi were cherry on the top.
The college has a very good infrastructure but hostel facilities are not excellent but can be considered fine 1. Classroom facilities are good and improving and digitalised 2. Very good library facilities both in central library and in institute library 3. Wifi is available but issues occur in the wifi 4. Hostel food not so hygienic but comparatively fine
The BHU campus is exquisite, its a mix of tradition and modernity, spreading across 1300 acres. The campus has Sayaji Rao Gaekwad central library, where students can find enormous numberof books and digital resources as it is equipped with cyber section as well. For those interested in sports, it has an indoor gymansium, swimming pool and large playgrounds. It has many seminar halls, auditoriums and a amphitheatre for all sorts of events. It has students health centre and hospitals to help students 24 x 7. there are cafterias and atms for the convenience and the campus also give the wifi facility.
