Batch of 2019 | BA Economics Hons
Being an economics background student studying in a school in Delhi, only dreamt to study in Delhi University. But since the day I entered the gates of Ambedkar university I have never looked back and wished to take a transfer to any other college because the surrounding of the ambedkar university was the most welcoming surrounding I had ever seen in life. Life at AUD is exciting and has a new touch to it every day. The faculty is the best part of amazing. They come up with challenging tasks and assignments to keep students up to date with the education. At the end, i can only praise my college for what it means to me and all my fellow student.

Ambedkar University, unlike other universities in its space, provided us with ample amount of space to think and question things happening in and around our society. I feel lucky to be provided with diverse options of subjects to study from and at the same time we were given freedom to choose whichever subject we wished to study because of the presence of multi-disciplinary approach in education. it was very common for me to find a psychology student in an economics class or a literature student in a psychology class, we were given freedom to choose subjects from different fields unless and until timetable doesn't clash. otherwise, there is rigor in college studies, it cannot be taken for granted otherwise a year back may be on cards for those who ignore college. Overall Ambedkar University is a great place to grow and learn, most faculty is from JNU and AUD is also known as Mini JNU from its counterparts because of the liberal atmosphere present here.

This University is an upcoming one, with a campus as green as it could be. There are unique and varied courses offered specially at the Masters level. The faculty is well qualified and has a lot of experience, having taught in several Universities along with this one.
