Any day, VIT-Vellore is much better than Christ University. Christ has a good reputation in Bangalore, but is nothing in front of VIT. All the campuses of VIT would easily beat Christ University in terms of - infrastructure, academics, hostels, quality of education, projects, quality of students, placements , etc.

General Fees for VIT for 2 years(four semesters) course in MSc Chemistry is Rs. 1.20 lakhs while that of Christ University is Rs. 1.75 lakhs.

The average annual salary package recorded for VIT is Rs. 8.19 lakh whereas the average annual salary package recorded for Christ University is Rs. 5.7 lakh.

Around 85.62% of total students get placements in companies from VIT.

The placement of Christ University is average.

When we bring SRM, BITS, Manipal, BMS etc also into the competition, still Christ is no where near to these Universities for competition.Christ is just out of league in front of these universities.

Thank you.

Hi Palak,

In terms of establishment Amity Global Business School was est. in 2008, whereas Chandigarh University B School was est. in 2012. In terms of placment Chandigarh University is preffered as the better one since their recruiters include Walt Disney, Deloitte, SAP Labs, Cognizant and Amazon.  Their highest placement was 31.77 L.P.A. (Btech). Amity Global Business School is considered good, however in terms of placement it is average. Faculty at CU is highly qualified and cooperative with students as they know they are living far from their hometowns and parents. At the end, weigh out your options and see what is your priority. Both are good, however Chandigarh University is mostly preferred by students.

Hope this helps.

Good luck! :)
