    Cotton University admissions are offered at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The admissions are offered in the stream of Commerce, Science, Computer Applications & IT, Education, Arts, Media, Mass Communication and Journalism, Humanities & Social Sciences, Engineering & Architecture. Cotton University admissions are offered to students who have met the eligibility criteria and completed all the procedures of admissions. The final admission is only offered to students who have verified their documents and paid their admission fees. Sc Computer Science & Information Technology, B. Sc Geology, B. Sc Mathematics, B. Sc Physics, B. Sc Statistics and B. Sc Zoology. The courses in the Arts stream are- B.A. Anthropology, B.A. Bodo, B.A. Economics, B.A. Education, B.A. Arabic, B.A. Geography, B.A. Hindi, B.A. Assamese, B.A. Mass Communication, B.A. Persian, B.A. Bengali, B.A. Philosophy, B.A. Sanskrit, B.A. English, B.A. History, B.A. Political Science. The duration of these courses is three years. The eligibility criteria for all the undergraduate courses are given in the table below.

Sc Physics, M. Sc Zoology, M. Sc Botany, M. Sc Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence, M. Sc Geology, M. Sc Statistics and M. Sc Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. The courses in the Arts stream are- M.A. Assamese, M.A. English, M.A. Political Science, M.A. Economics, M.A. Philosophy, M.A. Arabic, M.A. Education, M.A. History, M.A. Mass Communication and Journalism, M.A. Hindi, M.A. Psychology, M.A. Anthropology, M.A. Sociology, M.A. Bengali, M.A. Bodo, M.A. Persian, M.A. Sanskrit, M.C.A., and M.A. Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology.
