BBA Hospital Management at Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University, New Delhi Offline Course

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospital Management is a three-year full-time undergraduate course offered by Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University, New Delhi.

The healthcare space is witnessing unprecedentedly rapid growth in India today, further spurred along by the Covid pandemic in the past two years. With this comes the addition of around 1,00,000 hospital beds a year, with the need for 10,000 hospital administration roles annually to support this. This program, offered in collaboration with Apollo Medskills – a leading player in this space – is targeted at preparing students for these emerging management roles with extremely high industry demand. It will prepare you to step into these positions with confidence across departments like general hospital administration, healthcare finance management, quality control, etc. The program will cover key technical aspects specific to Hospital Management such as Medical Records Management, Healthcare marketing, and Legal aspects of hospital management to provide candidates with the necessary in-depth knowledge to tackle these specialized roles. At the same time, it will also ensure that candidates have a strong base in certain general management principles such as Supply Chain Management, Human Resources Management, and Finance.   Further, the program is designed with a strong focus on ensuring you receive maximum industry exposure – meaning that out of the entire 3 year structure, at least 1 year will be devoted to on-the-job training in the form of internships with various hospital partners. Additionally, hospital visits and guest lectures will form a key part of regular learning in this program as well. As such, you will gain hands-on knowledge of working in hospital administration and graduate with all the tools and skills required to make a strong career in this industry.
